A: There are a vast
number of resellers located around the globe. Chances are your local
city/town will have a store that carries our products. You can find

Q: Why does my shopping cart
say it is empty?
A: If you have tried to
add an item to
your shopping basket, but it says that it is empty, the most likely
reason for this is that you do not have cookies enabled. To enable cookies please

Q: I received the wrong
color item!
A: Due to the demand for
our products, it is possible that an item of a certain color may not be
in stock and will need to be substituted with another. This disclaimer
is posted on our website and in your order confirmation email. We put
forth our best effort to ensure that this does not happen, however,
there are some times when this is the only option to avoid delaying
your order a significant amount of time. If you have a problem with

Q: What is the difference
between the Zero Blaster and Zero Launcher?
A: This is the most
frequently asked question. They look different. The ZB looks like a ray
gun. The ZL looks more like a stand-up flashlight and definitely
appeals to people who don’t want their children playing with anything
resembling a gun. In terms of ring size, they both are capable of
making huge rings. There is really no difference there. In design they
are slightly different. The ZB has a trigger, while the ZL has a
flicker, each of which propels rings out of the fog chamber. Also, the
pump lever on the ZB is rather wide, while the ZL’s pump lever is more
button-like.
Q: When can I expect to
receive my order?
A: Zero Toys, Inc. is
located on the East Coast just outside of Boston, Massachusetts. Most
orders will be shipped from here. European/Asian orders are processed
and shipped out from our German distributor. Every order is processed
within 24 hours and shipped via UPS, except during weekends and
holidays. Please call us for alternate shipping methods and prices.
Below is a general idea of the time frames for UPS Ground Shipping:
East Coast: 2-3 days
Central: 4-5 days
West Coast: 5-8 days
Q: What is in the fluid?
A: A water based
non-toxic liquid that is similar to the fluid used in special effects
fog machines. The Fluid consists of Distilled Water, Glycerin (a USP
kosher food additive) and Propylene Glycol (a USP kosher food additive). For more information view the Material Safety Data: sheet 1, sheet 2, sheet 3.
Q: How does it work?
A: The Zero line of toys
took 2 years to develop. At the heart of the toys is a patented
specialized “Vapor Generator” that very efficiently utilizes the energy
of the batteries to create an abundant, rich, smoke-like vapor. When
you pump the fog lever or fog button the fluid is forced through the
Vapor Generator (essentially a tiny heater) and is vaporized into the
front fog chamber. Then by striking the rubber diaphragm at the back of
the chamber the fog rings are produced. For more information go to our

Q: Why am I having trouble
viewing the videos on the website?
A: You probably don't
have the latest video codecs installed. It is always best to keep up to

Q: What age group is this
toy appropriate for?
A: We recommend ages 6
to 101 or even older. We think children under 6 might have trouble
holding and operating these toys.
